Why are my pictures still on Coomer, Fapello and similar sites?
Good question! These sites are often 'scraper sites', automatically collecting all the pictures you post publicly (e.g., on X or Instagram). Technically, these aren't 'leaks' of paid content, but a secondary use of your public promotional content.
Our approach here is clearly defined: Explicit content that doesn't belong there, we will of course remove. Normal, inoffensive pictures that could serve as advertising for your channels, we typically leave as is.
Should you wish for us to remove these normal pictures too, just let us know. We'll then take care of it specifically.
Why do my pictures still appear in Google Image search?
Google and other search engines take some time to remove leaks that have been deleted from websites. That's why we report leaks to these search engines in parallel. This speeds it up considerably, but it can still take a little while for the removal to be complete.
How fast can you remove leaks?
On cooperative platforms and in Google search, we usually manage it within 24–72 hours. With stubborn pirate sites, it can sometimes take longer. You will always get an honest and transparent assessment from us.
Can you guarantee that all leaks will disappear?
We are honest: A 100% guarantee is impossible and dishonest. There are unfortunately pirate sites hosted in countries without functioning laws that respond to nothing. But: We don't leave you alone with this. We show you transparently what works and what doesn't, and look for alternative ways together, such as de-indexing the links in search results. Our monitoring runs continuously. If your content reappears, we immediately start a new takedown process – without additional costs within your active package.
What if a leak simply cannot be removed?
If all legal and technical means are exhausted, we discuss sensible alternatives together – such as de-indexing the link in search engines or pursuing legal claims for damages.
